  • 90 minutes before guests: we load in, dress the table to your palette, and heat the presses while your caterer is still folding napkins.
  • Cocktail hour: the first wave. Totes dominate early — guests want a bag to carry all night.
  • Dinner: the lull. Attendants pre-stage letters and restock; some couples schedule their own private pressing moment here.
  • Dancing: the second wave, heavier on hats. The final hour is reliably the busiest, so we never break down early.
One press with a skilled attendant serves roughly 30–40 guests per hour. For 150+ RSVPs running a three-hour window, we bring a second press so nobody chooses between a monogram and the dance floor.
